Okay, so we’re not even talking about deregulation in the 70’s anymore. We’re going back to a Constitutional Amendment almost a hundred years ago. Completely unresponsive to any of the points I made or any of the specifics I cited or the actual column I wrote, but I am happy to agree that the 21st Amendment was a good idea. But one example, even that one, has nothing to do with your claims for deregulation and of course alcohol is still heavily regulated.
